Vin Bon will have gently selected the grapes, as they are picked at the optimum time of the year, pressed, tested, analyzed, and balanced to ensure proper fermentation, potential alcohol content, and a fine finished result. Remember that fine wine begins with the best grape juices.

   Primarily used as a blending grape where colour and tannin are needed, Alicante generally makes wine with less distinction in character than its counterparts and has texture that is somewhat coarse. Colour is its main asset, allowing any wine it is blended with to carry the great colour of the Alicante grape.
   Grenache juice makes fleshy, heady, very fruity wines in their youth and tend to age rapidly. The general character and mouthfeel of Grenache wines are more distinctive and identifiable than any particular aromas or flavors.
   Carignano usually has red-fruit characteristics, deep violet and purple colour, strong tannin structure and high levels of alcohol content. It is sometimes peppery like Syrah.
   An extremely popular variety in California. It is a bold, zesty wine with raspberryish flavours. Capable of aging well to a majestic wine.
   This very popular wine has a variety of rich, complex aromas with velvety flavours full of spices and fruit. In the nose, discover hints of raspberry and strawberry.
   Gentle fruity bouquet with subtle undertones of oak. A soft, mellow, fruity palate full of juicy blackberries and black currants with light spices. Less than Cabernet and much softer making this a very easy drinking red.
   This popular grape produces an exceptionally soft, low tannin wine. A smooth wine, rich in flavours. Perfect to blend with Cabernet Sauvignon to soften more of its flavour.
   This is a perfect Italian everyday wine. It is rich with a tart cherry and fruity flavour with cleansing acid. Being moderately tannic, this wine maybe consumed young or aged.

   A dark rich red wine that has a strawberry bouquet and flavours of plum and blackberry. Firm tannins ensure that this wine will age well.
   One of the cherished Italian wines, deep in colour, high in tannin, full-bodied and robust. It has ripe black fruit flavours and should be oaked and cellared for several months.
   The noble grape in Chianti produces a well balanced full-bodied red with cherry fruit overtones. High in acid, low to medium in tannins and medium colour intensity.
   This grape produces a sturdy, dry full-bodied wine with higher tannins and acid. A bouquet of violets and chocolate is complimented with strong fruit flavours of raspberry and licorice.
   When young, the wines offer a very intense aroma of fresh red and blackberries. In the lightest versions notes of cherries, raspberries and blueberries and with notes of blackberry and black cherries in wines made of more ripe grapes.
   A very productive variety, California's Blackberryish, spicy and good. North countries producing a fruity wine with multiple appeals of bouquet, aroma, colour and flavour. Quick to mature.
   This grape juice is a blend of Alicante, Grenache, Carigane, Zinfandel and Ruby Cabernet grapes. Created from the owners themselves, this juice results in a lovely dry red table wine.
   The flavour profile of Cabernet Franc may be both fruitier and sometimes more herbal or vegetative than Cabernet Sauvignon, although lighter in both colour and tannins. This juice is typically spicy in aroma and often reminiscent of plums and especially violets.

   Has a reputation for its lightness, delicacy, and spiciness.
   Produces a dry, full, sappy perfumed dry wine. It has excellent balance. This wine is outstanding in richness and freshness of scent, in complexity of taste and savouriness.
   A bouquet of intense tropical fruits and soft perfume with sweet grapefruit and banana flavours. This is an everyday wine whether made dry or sweet.
   Featuring the Chardonnay varietal, this wine has a subtle straw colour and a bouquet of green apples and pear. A crisp, dry versatile wine.
   Thompson Seedless grapes have a delicate and unique flavour and are especially noted for their sweetness and golden colour.
   The wine formed by fermentation of the grape is low in both acidity and sugar which is suitable for sherry.
   This grape juice is a blend of Moscato, Palomino, Champlain, Chenin Blanc and Thomson Seedless grapes. This blend, created by the owners of Vin-Bon Juices, results in a dry white table wine.
   Grown throughout Italy, this dry, full-bodied white wine has a pleasant fruit and floral nose. It is hallmarked by its lingering and refreshing finish.
   A light straw colour with hints of citrus and floral bouquet. Crisp with fruity flavours of citrus, apricot and honey.
   A medium bodied delicate wine with a crisp and fruity bouquet followed by a hint of pear and apple on the palate. This wine has a long citrus finish.
   One of the most famous Italian white wines. It is fresh, fragrant and well balanced. Should be consumed young and chilled.
   Tocai wines are typically medium-plus in body, with ripe fruit flavours (more flavourful than the typical Italian white wine), a rich, somewhat oily viscosity of texture, and a minerally character that lurks behind their ripe fruitiness.
   Malvasia can produce wines in a wide variety of styles ranging from very dry to very sweet. The wines made from this grape have aromas of pears and spice with fresh fruity flavours. In some cases, Malvasia is used to make very rich flavoured dessert wines by drying the grapes before crushing.

Red Classic

   This great red variety produces an aromatic, deep ruby red wine with bouquet and flavours of black currants and plums. Bold tannins and oak complete this classic robust red wine.
   Big, dry and intense is the best way to describe this red wine. The slightly spicy white peppery bouquet is followed by the full flavours of black currants, blackberries and plums.
   The grapes tend to have an inky dark color and robust tannins, and are known as one of the six grapes allowed in the blend of red Bordeaux wine.

White Classic

   Produces a dry, full, sappy perfumed dry wine. It has excellent balance. This wine is outstanding in richness and freshness of scent, in complexity of taste and savouriness.

Red Signature

   A blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Sangiovese. Full bodied, a dark colour, both brilliant and deep, an aromatic nose and long, well-balanced palate. Initial fruity and floral aromas develop into a subtle bouquet of wood, spice and smell associated with a particular vineyard. On the palate, tannin becomes more soft and round. Perfect for any BBQ event!
   A blend of Tempranillo and Granacha from Tinto Spain. Full bodied red wine typical of the Rioja wine from Spain. Granacha adds body and additional raspberry flavours, often with a spicy accent. Tempranillo offers a range of flavours from lighter red fruit such as strawberries and cherries, through to richer and riper flavours such as prunes, chocolate and stewed fruit.
   A black grape variety widely grown to make full-bodied red wines in its native Spain. It ripens several weeks earlier than most Spanish red grapes. Tempranillo has been grown on the Iberian Peninsula since the time of Phoenician settlements.
   Tuscan Blend is more like the Super Tuscan Blend and is influenced by the Bordeaux style. Adrian has blended Sangiovese, Cabernet Savignon and Merlot. Tuscany is famous for its red wines made from the Sangiovese Grape. Chianti is permitted to use as little as 75% Sangiovese and is often blended with a maximum of 10% Canaiolo, up to 10% of the white wine grapes Malvasia and Trebbiano and up to 15% of any other red wine grape grown in the region, such as Cabernet Sauvignon.
   The Carménère grape is a wine grape variety originally planted in the Médoc region of Bordeaux, France, where it was used to produce deep red wines and occasionally used for blending purposes in the same manner as Petit Verdot.
   French Bordeaux Blend consists of the five big grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon and or Merlot are usually playing the lead roll, while Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot act as the supporting cast. These three grapes help to add structure, colour and body in various amounts, Bordeaux Blend typically, but not excusively, uses at least three of the five grapes to be labeled as such. Each year the percentage of each grape in the blend can vary and the winemaker can include more of the variety that excelled in that particular vintage.
   Cabernet Franc is one varietal of higher quality and reputation grown worldwide. It is very similar to Cabernet Sauvignon, but ripens at least one week before. Cabernet Franc is very aromatic and is also rich in tannins and colour that make it very suitable for a parenting blend. Petit Verdot is also one of the traditional classic black grape varieties used for blending in Bordeaux.
   This blend is very unique and captures the flavours of each wine variety.
   Originated in the Veneto region of North-Eastern Italy and is arguably the region's most prestigious red wine. Winemakers searched for the way to increase body, complexity and alcohol content of their wines in order to concentrate the natural sugars and aromatics of Valpolicella wines. Local producers began drying their grapes after harvest to remove water from the berries, while retaining sweetness and flavour. Almost black in colour, and a nose of spice, tar and dried berries, it is rich in flavours of dried fruit and prunes which is typical of wines made with dried grapes.
   A red Italian wine produced in the vineyards surrounding the town of Montalcino located about 80 km south of Florence in the Tuscany wine region. Brunello, a diminutive of bruno, which means brown, is the name that was given locally to what was believed to be an individual grape variety grown in Montalcino.
